20GB promo not available?

So I've been seeing some threads about the 20GB data promotions.
I checked, via the USSD Code, via the Vodacom app and via the Vodacom website, but the promo doesn't seem to be available to me?
I bought the 20GB promo when it ran last year, and nothing has changed regarding my contract, except that the bundle doesn't seem to be available.
Any ideas as to why this might be?

As of about 3 days ago, the promo bundles can only be loaded on prepaid, all promo bundle recharges to hybrid contracts are failing. Not sure what the logic behind this is, but can confirm that you're not alone in your state of confusion. ;)

Also, balance checking is a bit messy, works on USSD (*111# -> Balances -> Promos), but not on web/wap/app.
Hopefully this is in the process of being fixed.

The promo balances are available on the web portal. It is shown in a strange and confusing way where it shows all the promo bundles and a balance for the one you bought. But under data balances there's a promo tab.
 
it's still there on USSD, but you have to check under promotions
 
When checking under promotions, I get a message stating that there aren't any promotions available to me.
