I heard some info from a buddy that some official from the government has stated that all foreigners has to leave south africa within 24 hours when the world cup ends. Does anyone know anything about this? or have any info about this? My friend named the official but i just cant remember her name.

Does referencing exactly the same story by the same author in two different publications somehow give it more credence?
I suspect most visitors to the SWC have the usual three month visa stamped in their passports. Tourism is good for the country.

I am not going to create a debate over this but the reasons stated in the links i don't think is the truth i don't think its about competition. I have heard from numerous people that the reason for the 24 hour evacuation is so that when "ebony" takes action against "ivory" they dont want to kill foreigners and attract foreign lands in to this situation that is coming. prepare people, prepare. http://suidlanders.co.za/ i wont post anything about this anymore.
