24 hours uncapped is broken [solved]

I retract anything bad I said about this, my cap seems to have come right again.
Sorry everyone but you got to understand how it feels to have your cap suddenly vanish.

This is regarding the 24 hours upcapped topup option.

I had 3 gigs left on my account on Saturday morning (bandwidth usage email), I decided to get the 24 hours of uncapped 7:00 Saturday night, I started using it. (That would make it uncapped until 7:00 last night right?)

Sunday morning I DO NOT get a bandwidth email stating my bandwidth used for the previous day, so that must mean the uncapped is still working.

After the uncapped ran out I did not use my internet at all after that (was playing Dues Ex HR) and this morning I get my bandwidth email sating I have 60 MB left..

WTF is this crap???????
It feels like it is impossible to manage bandwidth properly since the website DOES NOT give live stats on bandwidth.

I feel like I got ripped here, I paid 100 bucks so that I could loose all my cap?

So to anyone who feels like using it, DONT it is not accurate at all and will probably eat your cap even though you are "uncapped" .. the system is a joke.

This is the first time I have ever actually felt like I have been screwed over by you guys.

Fix your ****ty system please, and make a new addition to the Bandwidth summary window in the account management page:
Show the user that their cap is paused and let them know the uncapped system is working, and get some damn live usage stats please.

I am pissed off, I would love to know where my cap went.

Iburst is the dodgiest of the dodgy providers, I'm surprised that this is the first time you are feeling done in. I doubt you will receive any useful feedback or compensation for them. Best would be to look for a decent provider.

As far as I am aware that product has not been released yet so I am guessing it should not have appeared in that list nor let you purchase it. My assumption is that their system is not setup yet properly.

Not full uncapped, just 24 hours worth.

It does work for the most part as I got about 13 or 14gigs done - downloaded Dues Ex HR : 8.6 GB - downloaded quake 4 : 2.5 GB - updated wow : 3 GB, if it was not working it would have capped me very quickly... so I have no idea wtf happened.

But it still ate my 3gb, so be careful.

I still think they need to update the way it dispays bandwidth and they need to have some real time stats for your cap.
