Hi,
Anyone cancelled on a 24-month contract yet? I have tried getting through to the desk but F**K they getting overflooded with calls! So i just wanted to know the procedure to cancel a 24-month contract

jjtoymachine when i spoke to shaun on monday he said you can just come into wbs and they will review the case there and then. helpdesk said the same thing to me on sunday. so it seems to be the case.

Dont want to hijack your thread here, but maybe you want to get together a group that wants to cancel that are on a 24 month contract.

See what noone had to say here. Anyone else on contract that did not sign?

So is it legally binding if we didn't sign anything? I have a 24 month contract as well, but I think I'll see what they have to say to me before cancelling. Apparently they quarantine all their email before reading it though, I have no replies.......

So will you be cancelling? If the service is living up to it's promise by end of May you can always join again - without having to sacrefice your iBurst connection.

then unfortunately you have no leg to stand on and neither does wbs which i suppose is a good thing, but also means in court nothing would be concrete however they cannot complain about cancelling because you have not signed a contract.

from my experience if you want cancell a 24 month contract it is very easy. I did it with sentech and it took a 10 minute fight, but dont rant like a mindless peasant, get your **** into gear... write it down if you have to and phone and deal with the highest authority you can.

I might also want to cancel - going to ask them to fax me the contract I signed from their records. I they can't produce it would be a simple matter to cancel. They pissed me off with this stupid termination of accounts. I say it again unprofessional.

indeed, and had I actually downloaded "warez" I should be locked up, however all you have to go on are some words on a forum, which doesn't constitute as proof, unlike a contract that both parties have and one party breaks.
