Nope. Good Luck trying though

They just update your usage more regularly. They are also able to cut you off while in a session by the way.

On a side note, enjoy that 6GB cap on a 3GB account while you can…it’s on the brink of extinction.

yip, soon they will be able to measure your local/international upto 3 gig and once you gone over it, they cut you off from international. Local will still continue.
