Had a 1.4, still sorry I sold that car. Only spent R20 on it for an oil sensor (apart from the normal wear and tear stuff). Those cars are the best.

Impressive! Sadly I traded in my high miler before it got to 250,000km. Managed to clock up 235,000km in the 11 years I had it.

Did it make 250'000km with zero failures? Then it is an acceptable car. Otherwise I'll stick to a brand where that is the norm.

I know of one high mileage C2, so yes it can be done. I would have loved to take my car over 300,000km as I regularly see some on Autotrader with in excess of that on the clock.
