Hi,

Decided to try this for my wife, but now we continually receive smses that the data has expired, but when I look at the client zone, it still shows we have data. Live chat is useless at it takes 10mins to get a response and then everything goes offline.

Is there an issue?

I have not been able to use the Live Chat at all as it is a sales gimmick - it is always off line.
