258 and 16202 not working?

Is 258 and 16202 working?

It was working two days ago and I tried to check my bundles today and it tells me the number I have dialed is wrong, please check the number and dial again?

hehehe... that happens from time to time, MTN's systems are quite f'd up on a regular basis.
Sometimes you'll dial 258, and Bitchin Betty will tell you to "dial 258 for account balance".... leaving u to think "WTF! thats what I just did!"

I loaded R180 airtime, and purchased a 350Mb bundle for somebody this morning"
I dial 141 to hear if its added... pressed 4 for data bundles... "you have no more data available on your data bundle, you will be charged the out-of-bundle rate for data.... and you have 350Mb available"
truly f'd up
Sometimes one wonders why they make the systems so complicated that they can't manage it them selves
But that is a whole other thread altogether.
