yeah E46 M3s will hit 280km/h on the clock (unchipped .. even though its governed).. true speed i think is around the 270 mark ... ungoverned closer to 300km/h ... you will hit limiter very quickly in an E46 4-pipe ... very dangerous speed to drive at .. the car is rock stable at those speeds but the other drivers on the road wont see you thats for sure ...

leave the speed for the track thats what i do ...
