284kbps upload speed with DSL 384? wtf?

i noticed improved uploads speeds. been getting 12KB/s since the 192k upgrade.

and now i get:

i can't get into it and i'm too scared to do a hard reset lol.

and i doubt this is part of the 1mbit upgrade i ordered today as download speed is still normal 384 speed.?

nope, don't know anyone else who does upload speed tests.
