2nd Hand RAM prices

I got the following quotes for RAM :

Kingmax 512MB DDR PC 133 Desktop RAM @ R341+VAT
Patriot 512MB So-Dim laptop RAM @ R284+VAT

Is this reasonable or am i being ripped off. The problem is I am trying to get the 1st for my godson for Christmas/Birthday present & 2nd for *cough* my own Christmas present (from boyfriend of course, he just doesn't know it yet)
