I think it greatly depends on your local tower's congestion. I got a Telkom LTE contract a few days ago (40Gb for R 150) with a secondary sim that me & the wife share in our phones.Anyone know what the actual speeds on these are?
It will work great for our surveillance station
I think this is an awesome deal.Telkom 2TB anytime data..no speed cap. I think we are getting there slowly. https://secure.telkom.co.za/today/campaign/lte-deals/#prepaid![]()
I would also love to know.I would love to know if this deal allows multi sim?
Do you know if you can add additional sims? Some info for those wanting this deal, applicable to the 2TB R699 sim only deal.
1) Apparently NOT available in-store (I found out the hard way), only online.
2) It is advertised as Month-to-Month, however shows as a 24 month contract when signing up. I just confirmed over phone that even though it shows on statement as a 24 month contract, it is in fact month-to-month, and can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
3) I signed up telephonically on confirmation of the above and process was quick and easy.
4) 5-10 day lead time.
Unfortunately notDo you know if you can add additional sims?
That's going to be a problem - I don't have an ID number and the form requires it.1) Apparently NOT available in-store (I found out the hard way), only online.
