2x ADSL Lines

Your best bet is to try and find a reconditioned 837 (think ~ R 2500), but that will only do 2 lines (internal ADSL + cheap external ADSL modem on one Ethernet port).

Next step up would be the 877 Adv IP ( ~ R4500+) which could do 4 lines ( 1 internal modem + 3 external cheap ADSL modems on Ethernet ports ).

what seriers are these routers? i have found a site that sells new and 2nd hand

The problem with a fully uncapped line is that they do limit your speed. I have seen only one 4mb uncapped account yet. Pretty damn expensive. 1mb already costs in the region of R3500pm.

Either way, I think you're going to pay out your ass :) What kind of usage are you expecting? If you are going for uncapped on both lines, wouldnt that cost around R5k pm?

not uncapped just normal prepaid , local , and my monthly

You wanna get a Cisco router now? Good luck affording that... I thought you were 14?

Why do you need an 8mb connection with only a normal cap? Why is it that you need such a fast connection?
The idea here is, if you are far from the exchange and can only maintain a sync of 512 or 1024 Kbps, then you can improve your throughput by load balancing multiple lines. Costly but doable ...

Download using FDM d/l manager on 2 load balanced 512Kbps lines ...

... note the Speed:

Is There A Cisco Router I Can Get That I Wont Need To Connect Another Router To Get The Speed?

You know, stop bitching about getting the speed the whole time. For what you are willing to spend you generally won't find what you are looking for.
I am not familiar with Cisco's adsl routers (I only have experience with there enterprise switches and routers) but I am assuming the above mentioned one has a single integrated ADSL modem with the ability to load balance with another ADSL modem (connected via ethernet) based on the IOS (the flash) it is using.

Not trying to me rude, sorry :)
Cisco devices are something you use if you want only the best. I have no idea of their ADSL prices (but the routers I've worked with go up to around R80'000-200'000 apiece). There simply is no better router on the market.
You obviously have to configure it manually but once setup it works like a charm. Packet losses... what packet losses?
I'll try and see if you can get one for under R2500...
