Very minor fixes, not even worth the effort if you ask me, I am certainly not going to bother; also there is the Jailbreak to think about if your device is that way inclined.

Where can we see a list of the new features/improvements?

For starters: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2321833&tstart=0

"Apple today released iPhone OS 3.1.3 for all iPhone and iPod touch models, addressing several specific bugs as well as offering fixes for a handful of security issues.
This update for the iPhone and iPod touch contains bug fixes and improvements, including the following:

- Improves accuracy of reported battery level on iPhone 3GS
- Resolves issue where third-party apps would not launch in some instances
- Fixes bug that may cause an app to crash when using the Japanese Kana keyboard

Full details on the security updates included in iPhone OS 3.1.3 are available in the associated support document."

(the doc it refers to is this one: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4013 )

Yep stupid update. And it's not like it's a simple 5 minute upgrade.

Yip, screw it. I'm actually still on 3.0, won't be wasting my time with pointless updates anymore. OS 3.2 will probably be a worthy update though, otherwise I'll wait for 4.0.

3.1.2 was definitely better than 3.0, far better actually!

And it's jailbreakable with new redsn0 - that's for 3G users that don't need unlock..

I did a fresh install yesterday since I don't jailbreak anymore, phone feels snappier... but that could be placebo.

You don't jailbreak anymore?

Don't you miss SBSettings?!?!

LOL yeah I miss it at times but to be honest I just use my iphone to call, sms and check mail now, most of my time is spent on things like wow and work. :)
