What the hell is wrong now?

Go through the whole of July not being able to play WoW/EVE properly and having huge DNS issues and now, 3 days into August I can't connect or do anything at all. Can't even browse websites, I'm having to type this from my girlfriend's place.

I phoned iBurst's technical help desk 3 hours ago and explained what was happening and was assured I'd be contacted with a resolution within 30 minutes. Still waiting for that call. Help desk and website are both unaware of any issues.

I know you're trying, at least I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you are, but this is just not acceptable. Why is it so hard to give people even 1 week worth of stability and usability.

As soon as Telkom gets my ADSL line installed I'm out of here, iBurst was amazing when I joined 3 years ago but has since become nothing but a sinking ship, sinking faster and faster everyday.
 
I am having similar issues with iBurst connectivity. Have mailed the support desk this evening. 90% of my browsing seems to be fine but I can't connect to my mail servers and a couple of my other sites.

Last night couldn't connect to anything. Things seem to have improved in terms of browsing but unable to connect to my mailboxes through either my IS POP or through webmail interface when connecting with iBurst. (Although ironically I can send via my iBurst SMTP).

Have logged support mails with iBurst and IS
