3 dead in Tel Aviv construction collapse

Jerusalem - Rescue workers say the death toll from a construction site collapse in Tel Aviv has risen to three.

Teams worked all night to search for survivors inside the wreckage of the multilevel parking garage under construction that collapsed. They found another body early on Tuesday and say four others are missing.
