3 GB limit

I want to put some kind of software to monitor my downloads and uploads during the months,so i can see when my 3gb limit is just about to kick me out of internet till the end of the month.
Anyone using this kind of monitoring software? THank YOU

2 options .. install a firewall which usually monitors bandwith or somthing like costaware which even diffreentiates between local and int b/w ...
altrnatively you could just use telkoms account monitoring which updates everytime u disconnect ...
