3 Gig Cap Complaint

I just find it very unfair that local downloads are also part of the cap. Once in a while I want to download linux distrobutions and now I'm 100% stuck untill the end of the month. [!]

Certainly since Telkom controls international bandwidth they should know which IP's are local and which not. Maybe their technical manager was thinking that it is to much of a hassle implementing it... [V][V][V][V]
