Hi, yes these guys are a bunch of u know whats!
Their service sucks and they debited my account 2 times where the seocnd time is, according to their knowledge, due to me getting a second membership and so thus the debut of 199.00 and another 199.00 in 2 days consecutively.
Ridiculous, I was actually looking for a discussion online for this so hopefully somebody else here can tell me their experience.
I queried the second debut and on top of that they never even sent me a memberhsip card. I think they should confirm this ? probably an extra for service.
I cancelled this card now and they are apparently sending me my card for 2008 which i still havent even received. I confirmed my details with them on the phone and the details they had were incorrect.
They only have one contact number and apparently no ways to communicate via e-mail to a superior figure or even phone which is even more insaine.
Upon my calls i was told their "systems" are offline and that they would contact me back, they never did!
Ridiculous and useless if you ask me, you telling me they can sell you a second membership card but they dont realise that the customer they are calling has a card already?
So overall, there is much more to discuss but it is just enough over here i think.
