3 or 4 RJ45 keystone faceplate

I'm in need of a 3 or 4 port keystone faceplate/wallplate, 4x4 (120mm).

I have an empty standard 4x4 (120/125mm) electrical wall box into which I want to pull 3-4 ethernet cables. Just having no luck finding a matching faceplate. Can find standard rectangular plate and 86mm.

Just can't quite tell if that has the appropriate keystone fitting or off it's just a blank with a 50x50mm hole cut into it.

Edit: lol... Zoomed in on they pic in that link and it does look like just a cut out done with a bread knife no less.

You will only be able to fit 2 keystone in there

Got a quote from them and it decently priced, but unfortunately out of stock and I've not heard back about an ETA.
