3 weeks ago I bought a Corsair H80.
Being the Happy CUD'er I am, I installed it the same night.
Issue:

I took sum suggestions and let the cooler run for a day (with these noises) hoping that it would clear up. Nothing
I then packed it back in the box and sent it back where it came from.
They then send it back to the supplier who have been 'testing' the cooler. According to their 'testing', there is nothing wrong with the cooler.
It's now 3 weeks on and I still do not have my H80 cooler and I do not have my cash.
I have already indicated that I am no longer interested in the cooler as I do not want to be sitting with a problem and that I would like to purchase something else from the same people.
They insist that
What do I do?

The H80 still has no fault found - after the 3 day burn in the pump noise has been cleared
What do I do?
