3000 ping on Axxess 4mb line

Ok so I am with Axxess and recently upgraded from 2mb line to a 4mb line on 1 Dec, we have already called Axxess today and they don't find any fault on the line, also nothing is downloading...so I don't see any reasons why my ping should be this high, it does this the whole day, only early morning and late night my ping is fine, would like some advice or fix, getting really frustrated here

run a traceroute to 155.239.255.250 and another to mybroadband.co.za, post the results here, should tell us where the problem is coming in.

Hi Arogon, please PM us your line number so we can look into this. Slow speeds during specific times often point to congestion on your exchange, we will only be able to confirm this after extensive testing/ troubleshooting.

Line is better atm, not having the ping spikes anymore, for meanwhile, but if it happens again I'll do a traceroute and thanks for the reply Axxess
