32 bit vista business key

hi guys,
i want to format my hdd, but i only have my dads vista dvd here, and that one is a 64 bit version. I only have a 32 bit key, will it work or not ?

I used my 32bit oem on a 64 bit oem; which is the curront OS i am writing this post form now....

...obviously only one installation at a time.

only possible issue could be drivers for certian devices and other legacy apps...
