i have used my msdn 64 bit vista ultimate disc with my 32bit oem key - since i have only bought the 32 oem version and only now realised i wanted the 64, but read that you have to buy a new oem 64 as the 32 oem key won't work as the retial comes with both 32 and 64 using just one key.
can however say that using the 64bit msdn downloaded iso i have managed to use my oem 32bit key to install a 64bit oem version without buying a new key - just that i had to phone MS to get it activated, but now its fully activated and authenticated
-so there you have it you can use your 32bit oem key to install a 64bit vista version without buying a new one, you will be needing a 64bit vista iso however.
otherwise if its retial you can request one from here
