384k uncapped - Mweb guy/bro/friend/rep needed

According to MyADSL im capped with usage of 12Gb. This is from the 30th of last month , which is when I started the service, till yesterday(Saturday).

Billing also states that im paying for 4gb?

This is very confusing to me as this is my first run with ADSL.

Is it possible for the Mweb rep to pm me ASAP.

EDIT: cool, also says R1k bill for OOB "safety lock" usage....now to fall asleep to this news :/
