3870X2 Upgrade?

Hey guys, just want to know what you think. I have a ATI Force3D 3870X2. 1GB DDR3, 825Mhz Clock, 1.8Ghz Mem clock, 512bit(256x2).

I'm just wondering if I should upgrade to maybe a 4870 1Gb or another 4800 card? Is the 3870X2 worth keeping?

Esp with the 5000 series coming soon

Ok thanks guys I'll wait for the 5000 series then. How much could I roughly sell my card for anyway? It's 6 months old, still under warranty.

The 4870 is about as fast as the 3870x2, so I would say your card is worth R2500 New, R2000 2nd hand ATM.

It's still a great card, one of the fastest around.
