I don't know if my pc just hates Futuremark products or what!! Yesterday I Install 3dmark06 and when I tried to run it, a blue screen popped up and I had to restart the pc.

This happend a few times and then I installed another version (from PCformat) but all that happend know was the blue screen came up and it restarted itself. OK so I thought maybe it's my anti-virus (TrendMicro PC Cillen 2008) and I shut it down but all that happend then was that the pc hanged for like more than an hour!

OK so today I try PCmark05 and it also hangs for more than an hour.

What can the problem be, all my other software works including games, paint shop pro etc., it's only futuremark products.

Try vista man, xp is dodgy sometimes, or i guess you'll have to reload xp because it could be drivers, software just about anything.

There should be a hot fix for futuremark products, try that out (though I know its only for ATI cards....but its worth a try)

I'll search for one and see what I find!:)

Thanx for the suggestion:D

Edit: I found a hotfix for xp and a patch thats supposed to fix hardware compatibility problems etc. so I'm gonna try them.

Thanx for the suggestion, but I really hate vista so that's out of the question for me but I'll reinstall windows xp and see what happens:)
