3G connection problems..

Ok so yesterday afternoon as I was using my vodafone modem (3g connected) I got cut off all of a sudden, I thought it was due to the heavy weather we were having but since then I haven't been able to use 3g at all, I can connect with gprs and open any webpage but who wants to use a slow ass connection like that right? Anyway so the problem is, I pick up the 3g signal and connect to it, but I've only got 'limited or no connectivity' and it won't even download a freagin webpage.. I've foned vodacom twice and they keep searching for the problem on my side when I know its not for the following reasons: 1. I've tested it on 2 computers, 2. I've tried different sim cards, 3. I've tried 2 different modem devices, and 4. I have conncection with gprs but not with 3g/hsdpa. Anyone know why this is happening?
