Our company is looking to employ a 3G Data Specialist to assist in-store customers with technical 3D Data related queries.

Below is the responsibilities of a 3G Data Support Specialist:
• Provide Installation, configuration, data backup, firmware upgrades and set up support to all customers with a supplied device
• Provide standard Microsoft installation support provided the customer brings a legal copy of the software with the appropriate license keys
• Setup email account on smartphones,laptops,notepads
• Firmware upgrades on data products
• Provide technical advice and information to customers
• Provide data back up
• Configure customers e mail and web browsers

Additional Information:
Your will be required to work shifts according to the mall trading hours.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Matric
• Preferably and A+ / N+ qualification or equivalent
• IT diploma preferable
• Experience in Cellular / 3G preferable
