On of the Leading Service Providers are looking to employ a 3G Data Support Agent to assist in-store customers with technical 3G Data related queries.
Below is the responsibilities of a 3G Data Support Specialist:
• Provide Installation, configuration, data backup, firmware upgrades and set up support to all customers with a supplied device
• Troubleshoot all types of smartphones for internet / emails
• Setup email account on smartphones,laptops,Tab's
• Firmware upgrades on data products
• Provide technical advice and information to customers
• Provide data back up and restore of customer information
• Setup of 3G dongles and routers.
Additional Information:
You will be situated in a shopping mall , are is responsible to work shifts according to the mall's trading hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Matric
• Preferably and A+ / N+ qualification or equivalent
• IT diploma preferable
• Experience in Cellular / 3G preferable
