Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

This is one example how two different systems (GPRS & 3G) can act as backup for one another. At least if you loose one you're still up on the other.

I only realised that 3G was down because the web was slow and then checked and saw I was on GPRS. It has a good system change over, if it was not for the slow speed I would not have known.

Maintenance? 23:00 Sun 22 May , 3G just died. GPRS ok. Called 155 they dont seem to know why

I'm still experiencing problems in Allens Nek - exactly the same symptoms as described: 3G connected, but no data transfer. Works fine when I force GPRS though.

There was an upgrade that did not quite go according to plan (how's that for an understatement!).

Came up around 1 today. Should be sorted now.
