3G on a normal 32K Sim

I would like to know whether 3G can work on a normal 32K sim (Prepaid) card.

depends on what you mean by work. alot of people are having problems with prepaid data bundles and their connections. i battled for quite a while but seems to have come right yesterday (holds thumbs)

i used a very old 16k sim for 3G connections for almost 2 years without any problems.
