Something strange started happening today. I use a SE V800 as my 3G modem, and it worked perfectly for 2 months now. Today, while in Somerset West, whenever I attempt a data connection while connected to a 3G tower, I would lose ALL 3G signal as it connects. When I cancel the connect, the phone regains the 3G signal (Full bar). The phone then reverts to 2G, which works flawlessly (GRPS).
