3G spectrum allocations

Hi,

I'm a newbie here, so plese accept my apologises if I am asking something stupid or out of line.

I am doing a little research into 3G in SA and wondered if anyone knows:

1. What are the actual frequencies assigned to Vodacom and MTN? Eg. 2x10MHz paired + 1x5MHz unpaired 1920-1930, 2110-2120 / 1915-1920. As I understood it, both have only been issued temporary licences: I wondered what frequencies they were using.

2. Has Cell C been awarded a temporary licence?

3. What are the real/actual downlink and upload speeds they are achieving on tests?

Hope you don't mind my asking. I've been lurking for a while and find it an incredibly useful, well run and informative site.
