I want to cancel my 2 tablets and 2 wifi modum contracts. Who can i contact about this. I live in Ermelo and there is no 3G signal for the past 2 months now. To phone cutomer care is of no use. Was at vodaworld last week and they said i must sit in a que for 1hr 45 min to log a complain. The previous week i was at a vodacom shop in Ermelo. They phoned and said it's fixed. Was their again on satuday. A month before i phoned customer care. They are stealing my money. Will vodacom refund my data. The end of the month i will send back my debit order and wait for someone to phone me. Getting gatvol. They can phone you quickly to se somthing, but when you need help nothing happens.
