Hi... there was a call to action recently to pre-empt the november the 1st changes from telkom. This call was denounced by a few people (understandably) as some were afraid to cry wolf too early. BUT... things are happening now. LOCAL CAPING is here... it is in the ISP's its in their scripting. Some of them have begun to hardcap.

PLEASE lets make a plan. I personally cannot get by on a local cap, i need to access local content... i NEED to ras into work.

If hardcap is already here, it seems I have to up the ante. Luckily 30gig accounts won't be affected until the new pricing comes into play.
