3gp converter & visa versa

does anyone know of any good, free 3gp converters. if there are any that can convert to 3gp and from 3gp to avi/mov etc

also other sites where i can download cool, free stuff for my SE w850i

I use winAVI iPod/PSP/3GP/MP4 converter...might not be free but...u can make it free if u want
