I'm trying to buy portal 2 but it says:
"There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance."
Anyone know how to fix it?

Finally got it to accept, then doesn't allow me to gift to my friend so transaction cancelled.

Trying to purchase it only for myself now and I'm back to the initialization/update error. FML
