4 LCD's - one PC

We're purchasing a new PC for our secretary but we're also going to use it for an Expo that's coming up.

We want to connect 4 LCD displays to the PC. The PC has 2 x PCI Express 16x and we're going to purchase 2 x 8400GT cards PCI-E.

Will we be able to run 4 screens off that setup? I.e. 4 different desktops.

yes, get yourself DISPLAY FUSION software, allow multiple desktop pictures and stuff like that.

ok, I'll get Display Fusion.

So as soon as I add the other card windows will allow two additional displays?

you'll have to enable them under the display properties and then there you can arrange how you want to the appear, either physically or virtually.

like this (each screen is a number)
12 41 12 or even 1234 or 4213 or 4321

how ever you want them to appear you can.
