4 port ADSL modem - firewall?

Hi Guys,

I installed one of these babies for a client - according to Telkom they don't make the older ones any more. Set it to modem mode and hooked it up to a linux box doing PPPoE as usual.

One problem, when I try to connect from the outside (dyndns account set up), the connections doesn't reach my linux box, which leads me to believe that the modem itself does some filtering. I looked at the setup, saw it hat NAT enabled in it's "LAN" page, disabled it, but still no joy.

Any idea how to get the modem *not* to filter anything out?

The docs supplied is about one step better than ... ah, never mind.
