Is there a way to find out, web or contact point, on the timing of the upgrade to the exchanges in your area.

You can try this...

Go to this link: http://www.telkom.co.za/sites/aboutus/utilityrelations/contactdetails/#.U75ZMZSSyE4
Open the "Eastern Region" Excel file.
Scroll down to your exchange.
Scroll across for relevant supervisor names.
Ask them nicely... they are not customer facing staff so they may be a bit rough around the edges!!

Do NOT mention how you got their details!!!!
