Hi

I was wondering if someone could interpret my line stats, and determine if 40mbps VDSL is possible? Currently on 20mbps VDSL. Line stats attached.

Are you currently on 20Mbps VDSL or ADSL2+ ? Once you switch to VDSL the line stats are different to ADSL2+ line stats. You should see some some SNR values increase at the same speed when switching from ADSL2+ to VDSL. IF you are already on VDSL then no you won't get to 40Mbps with that attenuation unfortunately. First get to 20Mbps VDSL if you are not there already which seems to be the case judging by your upload speed. As far as I know 20Mbps VDSL is 2Mbps upload.

You want 40mbps, not possible.
Johnatan56 did answer you already.

Perhaps a few more comments may help.

The line loss {attenuation must come down a lot to +- 10, yours sits at +- 30.
The signal must increase and or the noise decrease, thus an increase is needed.
Yours is way low. => At less than 8 you will lose connection.

Three sets of stats from live xDSL connections as reference.
a. Row 1: The green entries show a za VDSL at max speed of 40 Mb/s RX and 10 MB/s TX.
Perhaps not a good example as this line is so good it can do 135 Mb/s when allowed one day.
b. Similarly Row 2, although in UK, show clearly the line loss must be low, thus near the exchange or cabinet to get good speeds.
c. Row 3 just a reference of an ordinary ADSL line in za.

What is the extra speed needed for?
If the objective is indicated perhaps some suggestions can be made.
