40 min layover in Gaborone

Hi there,

I normally never do less than a hour lay over but this is unfortunate. I am flying from Francis town to Gaborone (40 min layover) then onwards to JHB.

Would you say this is enough time to switch flights, baggage and passport control?
Even if all goes well and there is no delay?

So you have 10 minutes from disembark till boarding time, and you could probably draw this out to 15/20minutes to make the next flight. The process has been fairly quick from Gabs back to SA but not sure when they would want to close the boarding. If they know you are cutting it fine, they could keep the gates open and wait for you.

Gabs, but I dont think that should take too long. Entry into SA would take longer I think.

Your biggest concern should be id your luggage can be transferred in time.

Small airport, easy staff. What airlined - are they both air bots or are you changing?

Take a spare form on entry to save time.

Gaborone is a really small airport you should be fine, but as been mentioned above your luggage being transferred may be the bigger concern with time.
