This topic has to come up some time or another. Does anyone know of some way to access this www.4chan.org from South Africa with some kind of proxy? The reason I ask is because some mofo in SA has got 198.54.202.146 banned from all forums for "requesting cp" TOR will not work because of this site's policy.

Search the forum for a proxy, and use any of them and it should work fine. There are multiple threads on the subject. I used to use hotspot shield but then it stopped working. There is some other thread for a proxy service that's quite active in one of the forums...

works fine for me as well... I often go there when using StumbleUpon. I am on WebAfrica SAIX (with or without the SIAX cache).

Some of the SA IPs are banned I see . . . just hit F5 when you see the banned message

Yeah, 4chan is also blocked for me. It worked however after using the PHProxy on https://www.flashpillow.com/ This proxy kinda sucks cause it is a bit slow and has a 10MB file size limit (I think) but I'm sure you could find some better ones with google.
