4G - LTE in Bloemfontein?

Hi

I've noticed over the last few days that my Iphone periodically displays 4G instead of the normal 3G on the Vodacom network.

Currently we don't have LTE in Bloemfontein, does this mean it's in the working? Anyone else from the region getting the same?

MTN does actually have LTE from Markgraaf Str eastwards. I received an SMS from Vodacom last week Friday saying that my LTE service was activated. Maybe Vodacom is starting to switch over some towers and the coverage map is yet to be updated? But I have not seen 4G on my phone yet. Download speeds in the north have increased substantially ... Maybe related? I sometimes get around 20Mbps.

was in Bloem sometimes last year and had LTE with MTN. Speeds were in the 15Mbps down, 10Mbps up
