Good day,
I need a temporary internet solution till my fibre from @Frogfoot Fibre gets installed, waiting for a call for installation. Where i stayed before in JHB i had 5G so i have the 5G router.
Now there is no 5G in Cape Town but i was wondering has anyone testing running a Rain 4G sim in the 5G router? I wanted to grab the all day uncapped option from rain till my fibre gets installed and run it in the 5G router?
I dont see it being a problem, but hey you never know, so just wanted to know if anyone has tested this yet and if it worked?
EDIT: I have the H112-370 model

what VPN you suggest?
so no need for me to use VPN. I just read in another thread (try rain launches uncapped @ R479pm) that by using a VPN the speed limit (10mbps) and the 360p throttling gets bypassed but personally I have no experience with this. Good luck!
