There are, depending on what you want. The Dell u2720q seems to be really really good for professional work.
I think your best bet is going to be to wait a few months for international trade to open up a bit more. We'll get a wider variety of options and prices will probably also come down.
Otherwise you can compromise and get somethings like LG's 4K monitor with freesync for R5.5k, or a high refresh rate 1440p monitor if you're really impatient.

I recently bought this for PS5. Think its good value for the money. Will get a proper 4K TV with HDMI 2.1 in a few years when its more widely adopted and cheaper.
Yes. Can confirm - I hooked it up to a PS4 Pro a day or two ago for testing.
Edit: Actually I can't remember if I had supersampling enabled or if the PS4 was set to 4k (as opposed to 1080P) ... will have to double check.

I don't know how well it works with other monitors, but running my 1440p mecer with a 4K input is so bad even my wife notices it.

This country has a terrible selection of monitors. It seems hardly any of the new monitors you see in reviews ever make it to our shores.

Quite a few dev, we just end up getting them at like +50% compared to US due to taxes and import, which makes good 4k rare as they're priced out of the market for most locals.
Amazon shipping is decent, so do check there as well.
