4mb ADSL Syncing at 1024

Hi Guys,

Since last night my 4meg line is syncing at 1024 and it doens't want to sync higher. Haven't had a chance to call telkom, will have to do so later today, any ideas though?

I have had 4mbit from around the time it launched, so i do know my line is capable of doing it.

Phone Telkom up and ask them to change your profile from 1024kbps profile to 4096mbps profile. If you're say that is how much it used to sync at previously.

Had the exact same problem after repairs was done to my line. If you phone telkom, they should be able to up the syncing to 4mb again.

Ok cool, will call when i get home from work. Repairs were done on monday and it sync'd at 4mbit till yesterday (last i noticed it going at 4mbit was in the morning) and last night it was at 1. Hopefully they can put me back on 4...

Seems like my line is far from fixed as the terrible noise has returned and the SNR has dropped. Telkom guy said they will send another tech.
