can just connect to steam with 4mb/s uncapped from axxess / IS , one red bar on MW2, unplayable

uncapped doesn't mean unshaped......

if you want low latency go to Cybersmart.

IS pings suck... when I play with IS i get 2/10 bars and with Telkom I get 5+/10 bars

Interesting.

When I play MMOs, where the server is in Europe, I get a ping of around 200-300 on IS, and 600-800 on Telkom.
