So three weeks ago I found that my 4mb line (which had been working fine for many months) was syncing at 700kbps, I thought this was strange and rebooted the router which did not help (speed dropped) and also tried another router which also did not help.
I called telkom and spoke to a consultant (not a very intelligent one I should add) who said there was nothing he could do on his side (after 20 min of forcing me to do speed tests and resetting my router) and that he would log a fault, 3 weeks later and nothing has changed Im not sure what to do from here...
